About me
I am an entrepreneur, coach, and certified Reiki Master. At an early age I was drawn to helping others find wholeness and healing, first pursuing degrees in psychology and sociology because I wanted to understand my parents better. I was later fascinated by the intersection of mental health, wellness, culture and community. Post college my journey truly began in addiction treatment and trauma-informed care as a crisis counselor, followed by a stint in Namibia, Africa with the Peace Corps. Traveling the world and helping guide people back to themselves is my true calling.
