About me

I understand pain and suffering. I had an experience that completely turned my world upside down. Years ago I was in a rear end collision. I walked away or so I thought unharmed. I felt awful for my Nissan station wagon, rear was bashed in. It was years later that I started to have issues with my neck, then walking became a little struggle. I had many acupuncture treatments with no release. I saw a Dr. and he told me my C-7 was crushing my spinal cord and it had severed some. I needed immediate surgery. I was told that if I trip and fall or get into another accident I will be quadriplegic. Having that chewing at my mind, with two young children to care for, went through the surgery. I have a donor bone as a replacement and walking. I had some massage therapy and that was all it took for me to fall in love with our body and its functions. My life since has been about health, nutrition, healing and self care. I made a promise to God to heal me for a trade of being of service to others.
