I'm Abi, a 25-year Air Force veteran who has evolved from serving my country in diverse leadership roles to empowering others in their personal and professional lives. Alongside my extensive military experience, I'm a Certified Sourced Leader with certifications in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Health & Wellness Coaching, and Trauma-Informed Coaching (among others). I'm also a Reiki Master, meditation guide (to include Yoga Nidra), and Laughter Yoga facilitator.
