Using the Trainer In PINK foundation of Assess. Restore. Train. we can Assess to discover muscular imbalances & track it back to the source. Restore by implementing manual therapy and corrective exercise to bring the body back to balance. All the while having fun to Train, using traditional fitness practices in a smart, safe and effective manner. The Trainer In PINK team are all nationally accredited certified personal trainers and have completed continuing education to expand their knowledge and practices in corrective avenues.
