About me
Alison Birks, MS, AHG, CNS,CDN is one of Connecticut’s most highly recognized Nutritionists and experts in Herbal Medicine. She has been in practice since 1997. She has studied and used herbs as medicine since age 13, when she received a calling from Spirit. She recently completed five years of additional training with David Winston.
Alison received a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition from University of Bridgeport and holds six certifications in Herbal Medicine and related fields.
