About me
About me
In addition to running Eighty Nutrition and helping hundreds of women feel healthy and strong, I'm a mom to four tween-teen sons, and one vivacious, giant Bernedoodle (usually the favorite child). We live in a NJ suburb near the beach, or what people call "Beachburbia."
I'm a believer that nutrition and lifestyle make all the difference in how your body feels, your mental state, and how you look on the outside. I'm also a busy professional who drives a lot of sports carpools, and knows that the solution needs to be sustainable in order to be practical.
