Allison is an excellent trainer. She makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we’re doing, and consistently shows me new exercises. She’s a wonderful person who cares about her clients personally, and cares about doing a great job. I’ve worked with her for several years and since starting with her, I have seen an increase in my short and long-term endurance, as well as much better core strength for balance and focus. My body feels toned and strong and I’ve gained a much more positive outlook in general.
I have been training with Allison once or twice weekly for over 10 years. She is kind and caring as well as very knowledgeable, and an especially good choice for vegetarians and vegans like me. I am far stronger, fitter and healthier today than I was 10 years ago thanks to her. A++
