Hi! I'm Amanda! I'm so glad you found me here!

I work with women helping them connect to their powerful feminine essence and soften into their lives and relationships through their body's wisdom!
I also work with couples helping them move through conflict and open to more understanding and intimacy with one another!

I have had my own growth journey- From going through a divorce in my 30's to remarrying in my 40's. I've been a Entrepreneur as a Realtor for almost 20 years and teaching yoga for longer than that. Quite a busy person and always a curious spirit, I majored in Communications and Psychology in college and after my divorce, I grew more curious around relationships and why the dynamics involved -what makes some work and some don't?. I read lots of self-help books and started my Tantra journey, following David Deida and his work around masculine/feminine energies and polarity and sexual energies. It lead me down a path to help others as I learned on my own journey.

I became a Certified Holistic Life Coach, Tantra Practitioner, Toltec Dreamer, Principle-Based Partner Yoga, and Certified Yoga Instructor. I have worked with couples in relationship, men, women and now specifically women in learning how to be in their empowered feminine and drop the masculine mask and structures around life and relationships. Learning how to do life on a different level by finding what is blocking them from their inner joy, deepening into their own wisdom, and caring for themselves and their bodies.

I know this place first hand and continue to practice it in my daily busy life! I am married with 2 bonus kiddos and still an entrepreneur. And using my practices to take better care of me, soften into my radiant feminine, and surrendering and relaxing into life on a deeper level.
