Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Holistic Health/Transformation Life Coach with a Master's of Science Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She has 12 years experience as an LMHC and 4 years working with clients combining nervous system education, somatic and psychosensory techniques, subconscious work, EMDR, bioenergetic testing, functional bloodwork, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), and a true root cause approach.
