About Me 👋
Do you struggle to take care of yourself? I know I do. Even as a coach, life can get overwhelming. At times, it can feel impossible to balance my needs with the non-stop needs of the world around me.
So many problems to solve. People to help. Deadlines to meet.
But what happens when I put self-care on the back burner in an attempt to “do it all?”
I get tired. I get sick. I fly high fast and then fall hard, preventing me from doing the things I value most in order to recover.
