About me
About me
I love offering a space in people's busy day that invites them to ground into the stillness and presence of themselves. I have been deeply interested in healing from my own personal journey with physical and emotional pain and after many years of practicing various modalities of massage, I discovered Craniosacral Therapy and found a modality that truly resonated with me- the power of gentle touch that allows the innate intelligence of the body to guide the body into healing, balance and wholeness. I also accept FSA/HSA cards.
