Hey Y'all! I am a Duke Trained Integrative Health Coach by way of being a nurse, CrossFit Trainer and mom! But here's what I really want you to know about me:
I stand for you.
I want you to see your own inner beauty and power so you can create the life that you REALLY want.
I have been committed to sharing movement and healthy living since I was 16. That's when I first taught an aerobics class in the fellowship hall at church. From there it was nursing, coaching and "momming". Seems like everywhere I went and everything I did revolved around teaching, building curricula, and leading others to live healthfully - particularly involving movement.
Why don't I just call it exercise and how is that different from movement? Well, because movement is less limiting and less intimidating than "exercise." Movement could look like hiking or canoeing or dancing or vacuuming! Movement and movement patterns look different for everyone. You have a totally unique goal, ability, and need for movement. Too often we try to "fit" into what is "good" for other people without stopping to consider what movement modality REALLY LIGHTS YOU UP! That's where I serve YOU. I get to be curious, non-judgemental, and creative to partner with you in discovering why you would want to move anyway and what that might look like.

I discovered that I had a gift for communicating with others in a way that helped them "let go" of their negativity and overwhelm. Leaving the old baggage behind, people could really tap into their own power and into ACTIONS toward their goal. I am inspired by others' inspiration and feel so privileged to be along for the ride!
