Hey Y'all! I am a Duke Trained Integrative Health Coach by way of being a nurse, CrossFit Trainer and mom! But here's what I really want you to know about me:

I have been committed to sharing movement and healthy living since I was 16. That's when I first taught an aerobics class in the fellowship hall at church. From there it was nursing, coaching and "momming".
