About me
I came into this work saving my own life. At 48 I uncovered memories of sexual trauma – the explanation of why I had felt so terrible most of my life. After 2 years of anxiety, more therapy and drugs I still hated how I felt. I found myself in a room with these women coaches talking about consciousness, reality, feeling and Sacred Body Language translation. In this room I had the miraculous experience of remembering that all I require is already in me.
