About me
I am a 500-hour yoga instructor, certified Yoga Therapist and C-IAYT candidate, formally trained through Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy, a program that is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
My personal practice started when I was in college with the goal of weight loss. After I started attending yoga classes regularly I noticed that in addition to the feeling better in my body I also felt less anxious and stopped having panic attacks.
