About me
About me
After being diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) and starting to improve my own health, I knew I needed to help others on similar journeys. It was a long road that led to my diagnosis. I had never felt well, and had been called a hypochondriac when I was younger.
A diagnosis and treatments weren't enough for me though. I really had to focus on my life as a whole in order to feel better. I had to take a hard look at the toxins around me, both physically and emotionally, stressors in my life, the foods I was eating, etc.
