About me
About me
I believe we are meant to be happy and healthy and free; and I use my personal experience, my intuition and several tools in my kit to release and erase limitative patterns and re-wire the self for abundance, success, and happiness.
I hold space for those who work with me and help them find trust in themselves. The purpose is integration and reaching the authentic self. The body practice (TRE) allows the body to release, relax, calibrate and regulate the nervous system: it promotes relaxation, better quality of sleep, better focus, relieves aches and pains.
