About me
I was raised in a unique environment that combined Christian education with Native American practices. This led me to getting a master's degree in counseling psychology. I found that some of the usual therapies did help people but for some it did not. I began exploring alternative treatments such as hypnosis, EFT (tapping), Chakra Balancing, and Reiki to help other heal.
Day to day living with work and family responsibilities may have caused some loss of focus on us and our life purpose.
