Even as an RN for greater than 15 yrs, I struggled with my own Heath and Wellness, unsure what path to follow. With my training in Nurse Coaching and becoming a Board Certified Holistic Coach, I learned it's not a one size fits all approach. Scientifically we are all designed differently.
