Therapeutic Massage - 60 minutes
A full 60 minutes tailored to your body's needs-- pain relief, range of motion improvement, stress management, self-care education and/or preventive care. We'll start with your areas of concern, session goals and a plan. Depending on your unique situation and preferences, various modalities are integrated with Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy. Some client favorites include: Cupping, Guasha/IASTM, Lymphatic Massage, Craniosacral, and the Massage Gun/Buffer. We finish with one or more simple take-home practice to speed healing, manage stress or address other issues.
Please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing (t-shirt, gym shorts, yoga pants) to be worn during the session.
