About me
About me
I was 23, in my first year of med school and dropped out. Western medicine wasn't for me. Many years later I started studying herbalism. The holistic view that the body is a whole being that may need support to fend off illness, or even PREVENT it, made so much more sense to me, then fighting off disease after it occurs. So much that I moved to Austin, TX to go their highly recommended Academy of Oriental Medicine to become an acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. That was in 1999.
