I am a lifelong athlete, and an Army veteran. I started practicing yoga when my injuries started to make it difficult for me to stay active. Practicing yoga not only allowed me to stay in the game, but I also felt stronger and recovered faster.
My experience as a yoga and meditation practitioner inspired me to become a wellness professional. every part of my life was enhanced by these practices and I felt called to share them with others.
Aron creates a relaxed calming atmosphere to lead her classes in strength, balance and breathing. You may challenge yourself as a new student or expand your expertise beyond boundaries into new flows and positions.
The only requirement in yoga is that you breathe; everything else is optional. Yoga is for everybody, but not every pose is for every body. We will work together with curiosity and openness to find what works to help you feel supported and at ease even as you challenge yourself and grow.
