About me
About me
Prior to returning to school as a student veteran, I have spent the last several years as a yoga and meditation teacher in our community. My focus has been adaptive and trauma-informed yoga classes for military veterans, people experiencing homelessness, people who have recently been in the prison system, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Throughout my career, my involvement in my community, and my own recreation pursuits, I have developed skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, planning, problem solving, and decision making.
