About me
I am a board certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist who switched to integrative and holistic medicine about 10 years ago. Using mainstream psychiatry approach of various psychiatric drugs, I realized my patients were not getting better and actually got worse. Hence I pursued education in integrative medicine, functional medicine and Ayurveda to learn how to actually help my patients recover from their diseases. Thus, Trinergy Health was born in 2016. Since then, I have helped countless patients find healing and wellness.
