Hi! I'm Ashley. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Functional Medicine. I went from a struggling burnt out nurse to a thriving functional medicine practitioner so that I could create a platform for people with anxiety and chronic pain to be more present in their lives. I am so passionate about this topic because I have personally experienced this and succeeded in getting my life back. I will help you go from a life of overwhelm to a life of connection and fulfillment through self care and identifying the ROOT cause of you symptoms.
