About me
About me
I have been in natural health for 10 years. Trained in leadership from The Naval Academy, Permaculture from Cornell, & functional medicine from The Kresser Institute.
I grew up in Texas and Mississippi sourcing my food as much as possible. From food growth to dairy farming, my roots run deep and blood pumps brown and green. I now live in Virginia Beach, home school my 4 boys, and own The Farm Life Movement's headquarter Permaculture farm and my own Functional Nutrition practice (Functional Medicine Alliance) to help people transform their lives.
