About me
I grew up on 28 acres of land in "tick-ville" CT during a time when lyme disease was not well-known and nutrition was nowhere on the radar. Although my parents did their best with their busy lifestyles, we ate a lot of processed foods, cereal, pizza, etc. I also managed a fast food chain for 3 years in college and ate this "food" religiously. Unbeknownst to me at that time, I ended up with type II diabetes, a fatty liver, chronic adrenal fatigue and chronic lyme disease... all of which was to be discovered many years later.
I wasn't functioning very well to say the least.
