About me
About me
I am a Healthy Aging Coach, and have always been pretty determined to prove doctors wrong, whether it be myself, or my children. I like to say God takes me on learning journeys. They help me understand, when I hear the health challenges of others.
I went from a Paleo diet to Carnivore.....and nothing is more "anti" aging. Actually, nothing is better for children to build better brains and strong bodies. But, I also know Carnivore is not for everyone. For those who have struggled with weight loss, I have a product that makes struggling a thing of the past.
