About me
There's something incredibly satisfying about working in the health and wellness field. I began my career days as an engineer, building and designing recording studios in NYC, while playing music on the side. I began to feel unfulfilled with the day-to-day tasks, wanting to be of deeper service to the world somehow. I began going through a transformation process, first by learning about fitness and nutrition, then practicing meditation. As I started to feel better, my world started improving.
