About me
About me
Augusta has been practicing yoga for years. She learned from the best certified Iyengar yoga teachers. Her passion led her to complete a degree in yoga instruction at Scottsdale C. College. She learned yoga philosophy and history, biomechanics, anatomy, detailed postural alignment, therapeutics and the art of teaching, as well as principles of the breath, meditation, postural sequencing, observation, verbal and physical adjustments, use of voice, and organization of course curriculum.
