About me

"About Augusta, Your Compassionate Yoga Therapist

Meet Augusta, a dedicated yoga therapist with a passion for helping others achieve optimal health and well-being. With years of experience and extensive training, Augusta brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her practice.

Augusta's journey began with a deep love for yoga, which led her to complete a degree in yoga instruction at Scottsdale C. College. There, she immersed herself in the philosophy, history, and practical aspects of yoga, gaining a comprehensive understanding of this transformative practice.

Driven by a desire to further support her clients, Augusta continued her studies in Yoga Therapy, delving into the therapeutic applications of yoga for healing and pain management. She also holds certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Group Lead Exercise Instruction, allowing her to cater to the diverse needs of her clients.

With a background in law and over 20 years of experience as a social worker, Augusta brings a unique perspective to her yoga therapy practice. Her multi-faceted approach combines the principles of yoga with a deep understanding of the human experience, enabling her to create personalized treatment plans that address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of well-being.

At the core of Augusta's philosophy is the belief that true healing comes from the harmonious integration of body, mind, and spirit.
