About me
About me
I am a mother of four adult children and passionate about learning, healing, traveling and helping others. I love to read, write, practice yoga, be outdoors, hike, camp, bake, spend time with family and friends and have new adventures. Through my own journey of chronic illness I have come to embrace alternative healing methods for my body, my mind and my spirit. I believe that emotional and spiritual trauma manifest in our physical body and that we are responsible for our own healing with the assistance of professionals guiding us. Healing is a journey.
