About me
About me
I am passionate about the Gyrotonic method. If you don't know what that is go to www.gyrotonic.com. I am a Gyrotonic trainer who came to this work from an unusual direction. Unlike many trainers who come from dance, physical therapy, yoga, or other body movement careers, I was just a normal, getting older, healthcare executive spending up to 70% of of my time traveling and looking for a comprehensive work out that would keep me in shape and ease the aches and pains I was beginning to experience.
