About me
About me
I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves. Sometimes we just need a guide to help us access our inner healing. My intention when working with clients is to provide a safe space and be that guide to help empower them to reclaim their power, balance, and heal at the core level.
I know firsthand how life-altering anxiety and PTSD can be, and how often "conventional" treatments just don't cut it with symptom relief. It can feel disempowering to have to wait for an appointment to get a session with someone in the midst of an anxiety attack.
