About me
About me
Having spent most of my adult life trying every diet under the sun, I became known to my friends and family as the “go to” girl for information about the latest diet trends. I have not only lost and gained the same weight more times than I care to recall, I also experienced the intense highs and lows that came along with those losses and gains.
By implementing the tools I learned through the Mind Body Wellness certification program to my own life, I have experienced awareness, healing, and relief.
I began coaching as a means to help men and women who are suffering like I was.
