About me
After experiencing a chronic illness, juggling work and a family with 2 children, I lost my sense of joy and inner peace. We lived with food and environmental allergies, chemical sensitivities, eczema and many other digestive related issues. Something had to change.
I studied gut health and took a holistic approach to restore our immune system with homeopathic remedies, essential oils and energy work.
I graduated from Spa Tech in Plymouth, MA as a Polarity Therapist in 2014 and became certified as an advanced energy practitioner in 2019.
