In going through my own journey of being obese my whole life from childhood to my mid 40's was very challenging. I've been on a rollercoaster ride with all the diets you can name.
I been working in the Resturant industry for over 30 years. I had easy access to get my hands on all the food, sweets, bread, desserts and anything I wanted to eat, better yet to put it in my mouth. I ate out of boredom, stress, anxiety, depression and low self esteem. On the outside I was a happy person but on the inside I was drowning. I used food and work to run away from my feelings not realizing the harm I was doing to myself.
At 40 years old I had a minor stroke but that didn't stop me from living a go-go-go lifestyle. I worked 2-3 jobs providing for everyone BUT myself.
On August 1st, 2017 after ending up in the hospital 6X within 4 months from exertion, dehydration, anxiety, high blood pressure and nourishment, was when I decided to make a change in my life. That was my wake up call and the start of my weight loss journey. Now in my 50's I'm living and feeling better than I had ever felt in my life.
My mission and passion is to help as many people to become a stand for transformation and make those changes last. To be the best version of themselves!
