About me
Welcome to my page, appreciate you PAUSING here for a moment. I grew up with my hand on the ballet barre and am still doing the same these days. My love for everything movement led me to a career in the fitness and wellness industry for over 25 years now. I am passionate about guiding successful professionals to overcome feelings of purposelessness, stress and overwhelm.
