I have been involved in fitness and wellness for over 20 years, starting as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I added Massage Therapy when I saw that the population I was dealing with as a Corrective Exercise Specialist could not safely do any heavy resistance training due to muscle imbalances and postural issues. I now focus on massage and energy work, and I love it!
Educational. Due to my functional approach to massage, I tell my clients what I am doing and why so they understand how their body works, and know what to do to prevent imbalances. My goal is to have all my clients become monthly regulars..
