About me
Hello! I'm Carolina Stukenberg, an integrative nutrition health, former private health chef with a decade of experience in private yachts.
My journey into wellness began through personal health challenges, including battling parasites, adrenal fatigue, thyroid, leaky gut and experienced extreme stress, traumas leaving me with PTSD and severe anxiety.
All this led me to explore the transformative power of functional nutrition and women's mental & personal health of self esteem, emotional regulation and stress responses.
