About me

About me
A native Jersey girl, Casey grew up in a little beach town dancing, riding horses and surfing. Casey holds a B.A. in Biology/Neuroscience and is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. She worked as a neuroscience research assistant at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, while pursuing a career in dancing, modeling and acting.
Venturing on to Los Angeles, she has combined her love for movement, neurophysiology, nutrition, plant medicine and yoga into a private practice.
