I am grateful for being able to live my passion in helping others obtain their health and wellness goals as a registered dietitian nutritionist. I have been able to build a common sense practice to promote wellness. Lifestyle management should be the first line of intervention. I understand that many individuals with chronic disease may feel overwhelmed with the complexities of care. I listen to the clients' health concerns and collaborate with them to build a customized wellness plan.
