About meIn my mid fifties, I was laid flat on my back with a major health crisis. Through medical testing, I was diagnosed with 'systemic inflammation', which is inflammation throughout the body. The medical system had no answers or treatment, so I was left to find answers on my own. . I had no energy, low immune functioning (a continuous cold and cough), high cholesterol, excruciating joint pain, and I was overweight.

Synchronicity took over and I found a 3 month health coaching program, which I took because it was my only option. In that program I learned about nutrition, low glycemic eating concepts, blood sugar balance, and the importance of healthy lifestyle elements.

By the end of the 3 month program I was 90% better and the systemic inflammation was GONE, as proven by medical tests. Within one year, I was 99% better - ALL with no medication.

This healing experience was beyond powerful for me! It fuelled a passion within me to help others who are slowly losing their health and energy because of their diet and lifestyle. It started me on the path to becoming a Certified Health Coach, an Author, and a Podcaster / Podcast Program Host.

My Philosophy of CareBeing able to heal from serious health issues without medication or the help of the medical system inspired me to become a Certified Health Coach, so I could help others.
