I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in working with womxn who previously experienced interpersonal trauma move from feeling anxious and insecure to calm and empowered so that they can create a life full of awareness, joy and presence. Learning about myself and other people who live(d) in the present and in the past has always fascinated me so I earned a Master's degree in Anthropology. I enjoy running, kickboxing, and practicing yoga. Through these ways of moving, making nutritional choices that work best for me, and practicing self-awareness, I have discovered a way of life that works best for me and is dynamic/ever-evolving as I grow, learn, and continue expanding.
After years of therapy which helped me to process past traumas, I was feeling like something was missing in my healing. I started to study integrative nutrition and explore different foods and choices which helped me to significantly decrease my symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am honored and excited to be a part of a client's healing journey toward awareness, joy, and presence through nutrition and lifestyle choices.
At our first visit we will discuss your current health concerns and what your health and wellness goals are. We will come up with actionable steps together that you can take as we work together towards meeting your goals.

As a health coach, I am here to guide you to explore and discover what works best for you, not to prescribe a specific diet or set of regimented exercises.
