About me
I am the owner of North Star Counseling and Wellness. I started this practice because, I believe that we need more than just normal talk therapy to heal. That we need a holistic approach that treats the mind, body, and spirit. The practice continues to develop as a place to have access to various mind/body treatment modalities. Including: Brainspotting, EMDR, Vibroacoustic Therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol, Heart Math ( biofeedback), and counseling for couples and families. We focus on working with the nervous system that can impact our everyday life and relationships.
