About me
Cheryl was doing wellness before wellness was cool or an accepted way-of-life. The question now is, “what’s the best method(s) to get healthy?”
She is a certified BioEnergetic practitioner and has been practicing wellness since the 1990’s. Her career path has evolved from teaching, to fitness, cardiac rehab, bioenergetics and corporate wellness. As an educator, athlete, coach and wellness advocate, she has experienced many changes in the approaches to health, nutrition and training.
