About me
About me
I set out to become a craniosacral therapist after having two children who suffered from birth trauma. Along the way of helping them become more settled and regulated, I discovered how to heal my own childhood trauma that had changed my capacity to be in relationship with people and myself. We all carry trauma of some degree, and little do we realize that undigested trauma of our ancestors impacts our lives too.
