About me
As a psychologist, I view each individual holistically; mind, body and spirit while developing a collaborative relationship to assist the individual toward their goals.
I believe we all have unique strengths that we might not be tapping in to.

In addition to my work as a psychologist, I am also a life coach and offer a six week program, Living the Life you Desire designed to help people create a fuller, more rewarding life.
