About me
I’m an empath who has always been drawn to helping others on a more personal ,soulful and spiritual level. While on my own healing journey, I discovered and fell in love with several beneficial healing modalities such as Reflexology and Reiki that have helped to calm, ground and center me in order to start the healing process.
As a counselor by nature, I wholeheartedly believe that healing starts from within.
