Your program helped jumpstart him in the right direction, gave him some good goals to work toward and helped us to see what he was needing. While we were not expecting the diet change, it helped get him in a healthier place and his health habits were improved because of it. He is starting to take more responsibility and ownership for his choices and the effects of them. The program helped him get started in a forward direction and we are grateful for it and for you! Overall it was definitely a good and beneficial step for him to work with you and it helped both him and us to see what he needs more help and support with. He is doing better, sleeping better, eating better, working, taking more responsibility, being more purposeful with his time, and he even went on a couple dates this past week! Thank you for helping him to move forward.
She not only ‘talks the talk,’ but ‘walks the walk’ “Christine is always trying to custom tailor a client’s treatment to match their unique needs. She not only ‘talks the talk,’ but ‘walks the walk’ as she incorporates the skills and tools she teaches into her own personal life. I have loved not only working with her in the past, but seeing where her talents have led her as she constantly moves forward in her career. She is transparent, compassionate, hard-working, and genuinely driven to help others heal.”

About me

If you look at my title and accomplishments, you'd never guess that social interactions have always been a challenge for me.

There has always been this internal conflict for me - this love of learning and adventure, and this strong desire to stay in the background and not be seen. It's uncomfortable, and the learning and adventure side of me has won some important battles.

I worked for a few years as a Registered Nurse, but later went back to school for a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I began seeing therapy clients in 2006, and am licensed in the State of Utah as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I learned about program development in 2016, and began my first work on mindfulness based programs.

I began working with Didi Wong as my coach in late 2019, and in early 2020, I was able to speak in Egypt at the Women Economic Forum, where I was awarded "Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All". Following that I've spoken several times on international radio shows, podcasts, and at other international conferences.

Over the years I have sought out energy work for my and my family's healing. I have also sought training for the benefit of my clients. I have enjoyed my work and developed skill in the use of tapping, Quantum Self-Healing, and other modalities over the years. I love helping single women from 35-55 to experience significant changes, to create more peace, happiness, and restoration of function.

My Philosophy of Care

I believe that we are all worthy of love, and also that we are here to help each other. There are many avenues to healing, and the science of energy healing is growing in so many ways.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Our first consultation would be an introduction and an opportunity for you to ask questions. I will share with you my experience, how I combine services to make the most of our time together, and I will provide you with a program plan. If you accept, our next appointment will be a 2 hour appointment where you will share the history of your problem. We will also take time during this appointment to do some tapping so you can experience relief that day!

My Inspiration

I've been helped by several others over the years as I have sought healing and help for myself and my family, as we have dealt with chronic physical and mental health issues. I have also loved learning how to use different tools to help myself and others. I love learning and creating, and seeing others benefit from skills I have gained over the years.

Questions & Answers

There are many reasons people experience anxiety, and this can determine what might be most helpful in dealing with anxiety. Mindfulness has been shown to be helpful in decreasing anxiety. However, if your anxiety is related to unresolved trauma, you will want to proceed with caution - beginning a mindfulness practice has the potential to trigger trauma responses, so this may need to be addressed first if this is the case. If not, a daily practice of mindfulness can help significantly. The amount of time for a meditation practice to be helpful varies from one person to another. Some find that 10-15 minutes a day is enough to take their anxiety to a level that is manageable. Others need longer, and may need to take supplements as well to get to that point. There are more things that can contribute to or decrease your anxiety, but this is a really good option that has helped many people. I hope this helps!

Anders you've already been given a few options here, all good, but one thing more I might add... Spending some time each day expressing gratitude for what you have - both the experiences you've been able to have already, as well as your material and non-material possessions, can help you to achieve more balance in this area. You brought up a good point regarding this "time of year" - when we spend a lot of time trying to purchase gifts for others or ourselves, we are focused on what is lacking in our lives. It is great to fill a need for others with our giving - or have a need or want filled for ourselves. But this focus can make us feel dissatisfied with what we have, and our wish lists continue to grow as we think of that one more thing that would have been nice to have. There is always something more we could use, or something more that would be fun to have. Bringing our thoughts and focus back to gratitude for what we have can shift this focus and help us feel better about where we are at in life - regardless of how much we have. We can see the abundance in our lives without losing motivation for growth.
