Peace Always and Wellness for all! Hi I'm Christine your Yoga & Meditation teacher. I am a Yoga Alliance, 200 hour, Experienced level yogi, with more than 2,000 hours of teaching. Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Chair Yoga certified, Y Group X certified and AEA Aqua Fitness certified.... water yoga! I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, and firmly believe we can slow down to grow strong.
