About me
Hello, my name is Christopher Bueker. Since 2012, I have been practicing, teaching, and living Yoga. Since 2016, I have been providing professional clinical services (individual and group therapy) to people struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health matters. I have years of experience providing mindfulness-based life coaching services to private clients of mine.
Further, I live an intentional life and practice non-attachment. I play the edge and practice mastery in everything that I do.
