About me
About me
I am a healer, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and hold many other roles in this lifetime. As a healer, it fills me up to help others feel better in their whole bodies. I help them find the stories being held in their tissues - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and/or ancestral traumas. And then we release anything that is no longer serving them.
I'm a licensed massage therapist with a background in retail management and non-profit work - both a volunteer and staff. I am also highly sensitive and an empath.
